FARAH SYED MAKEUP ACADEMY & ONLINE COURSES TERMS & CONDITIONS General Booking Information Deposits and Fees For Physical Training Academy courses: Deposits and fees are non-refundable except in cases where: You provide us with a written cancellation notice 60 days or more before the course start date; and/or The course is canceled by us (except when due to acts of God or terrorism). Once we have confirmed your course start date, you will not be permitted to transfer to another course unless you give us written notice at least 60 days in advance of your intent to transfer. Unless we have agreed to an extended payment plan, the remaining balance of your course fee must be paid no less than 10 days before the course start date. If payment in full is not received at least 10 days prior to the course start date, the student will not be allowed to participate, unless a payment plan has been pre-approved. Online Courses are non-refundable after the initial money-back guarantee period expires. If we allow you to pay your fees (only for physical training academy) through our extended payment plan, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the course if payments are not made by the due date. If a student fails to pay the full course fees, they will not receive edited pictures or their certification for the course. Edited photos and certificates will only be provided after full payment has been received. Where applicable, all fees include VAT at the current rate. Students or course participants residing outside the UK will not be charged UK VAT if they can provide proof of business activity, such as a VAT number. All course fees are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient enrollments or due to other factors beyond our control.
